Solar Energy: Energy in the form of electromagnetic radiation emitted from the Sun; but especially that part of this energy that is converted into thermal or electrical energy on Earth.

Organic Foods: are made according to certain production standards. The use of conventional non-organic pesticides, insecticides and herbicides is greatly restricted and avoided as a last resort.

Sustainability: is the ability to maintain balance of a certain process or state in any system.

Windmill: a mill operated by the wind's rotation of large, oblique sails or vanes radiating from a shaft: used as a source of power for grinding grain, pumping water, generating electricity.

Recycle: involves processing used materials into new products in order to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from landfilling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production.
